These Vessels are required for preparing size like starch, gelatinous mixture in textile industry To ensure low viscosity of size(even with starch)
There is a stainless steel multi stirrer, which is positively driven by high torque AC motor joined with a gearbox
Direct steam inlet in vessel is through perforated stainless steel tube
Charging cum main hole is on the top of vessel with hinged covers eye bolts
It is fitted with indirect steam heating coil to be used as a temperature gauge, sampling cock strong vessel and steam pressure gauges
