In 1966 with a vision of the oncoming industrialization made Shri K.C.Brahmachari setup a simple Engineering Agency Business. In 1970 Mr. N.K. Brahmachari joined when he picked up his Design & Engineering Skills from all the Agencies established in early years by his father late Shri K C Brahmachari.
Mr. N.K. Brahmachari originally started the Amritlakshmi group with a manufacturing concern, Amritlakshmi Machine Works; a company dedicated to develop and deliver high end Weaving Preparatory Machinery since 1978 at Umbergaon, Gujarat (India)

This company became the Pioneer manufacturers of Warping and Sizing Systems hitherto not made in India for Spun as well as Filament yarn and later Jute Sizing Systems and over nearly 45 years have established themselves as Leaders by Innovating and Developing the Warping and Sizing Systems never done before!
Every Machine made by ‘Amritlakshmi’ is unique in many ways as every machine they would add new features or systems to fulfil the need of perfect Warping or Sizing!
Over the years, to realise Mr. N.K. Brahmachari’s Vision of newer Technologies, which has been always the need of our country, other Amritlakshmi Divisions were gradually incorporated as Group companies.
Led by Mr. N.K. Brahmachari, all the divisions of the Amritlakshmi Group are strongly pointed towards realising the group vision of delivering quality products and services as committed.
