Beam Creel	Multi Beam Creel Up to 24 Beams or more, Vertical / Fixed or Magazine (Motorized)
Unwinding System	Controlled Beam Unwinding System for Beam-to-Beam Sizing using Sectional Warper Beams.
Size Box	Single or Double Size Boxes with each size Box Having Double Immersion- Double Squeeze with Wet Squeeze and Linearly Controlled Proportionate Squeezing System.
Drying System	Up to 14 Cylinder Drier with synchronised 2- or 4-Cylinders Pre Dryers and Final Dryer of 6 Cylinders with Auto Temperature Control as required including Elevated Drying arrangement as option to save space and ease of working.
Winding Head Stock	Working Width up to 3600 mm and up to 1250 mm Flange diameter or more if required.
Drive	7 Point Fully Automatic AC Inverter Drive (Servo or Vector) with PLC Control including Software and Sensors for Perfect Synchronization.
Accessories	Waxing Device, Moisture Indicator Controller, Hydraulic Beam Pressing Trolley, Mixing Vessels /Cooking Vessels / Storage Vessels can be offered.

In this Model Range a dedicated Software called EX-CESS SOFTWARE (Excellent Controlling & Evaluation System Software) to control the operations of the Sizing Machine through Touch Screen (HMI) is offered.
